What currency are the prices I see on the site?
Our main currency is in Euros, but you can change via the currency selector.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please contact us to arrange a return.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a noreply email address. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain to your safe senders list.
How do I get 10% off my first order?
Easy just subscribe to our subscription service and you will receive a 10% discount code in your inbox.
How do I create an account?
Just click on the user icon in the header, enter your email address, set up a password. That is it simple!
Do you deliver on Weekend?
No, our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.
Can I track my item?
Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number. You can use our tracking page once you have your tracking number
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
Unfortunately we only offer returns if your item is damaged. You must provide proof if you are returning a damaged item. All returns are only valid within 14 days.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.

Our return policy lasts 14 days beginning only when your order has arrived at your address. All undamaged items within 14 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases. We are confident our users will be more than satisfied with their choice.
